What the role involves

• ETS is focused on enabling the Firm to manage its global businesses and clients with market leading technology platforms that are resilient, secure, smart, fast, flexible, and effi.
• The candidate will join the team responsible for Insights, Reporting, and Tooling within ETS COO.
• Display strong analytical skills, with a proven track record of managing & reporting on large data sets and ad hoc requests.
• Calendarize reporting offerings & activities to ensure timely business insights across Financials, Workforce, and Portfolio.
• Assistance with documenting governance process flows, artifacts, and responsibilities.

Skills and requirements

• Proven experience managing projects in Jira.
• Experience with business intelligence tools desired (Power Platform).

Additional role context

• Enterprise Technology and Services (ETS) delivers shared technology services supporting all the Firm’s business applications and end users.
• Collaborate with product owners to capture requirements, define scope, and track work in Jira.
• Maintenance of Jira advanced road map including day to day Kanban board organization.
