What the role involves

• We are recruiting for a Community Paediatric Nurse to join a leading national homecare provider, supporting children and families across West London in their own homes.
• Delivering specialist paediatric nursing care in the community, including IV therapy, cannulation, and subcutaneous injections.
• Managing a small caseload of 45 children per day, enabling personalised care.

Skills and requirements

• RCN) with an active NMC PIN.
• Experience within hospital or community paediatric settings.
• Competent in cannulation, subcutaneous injections, and clinical assessments.

Candidate fit

• Clinical judgement, NMC standards, calm communication, and careful documentation.
