- As a Commercial Lines Sales Broker, you’ll play a pivotal role in business development and client retention.
- Manage a personal book of business by prospecting, networking, and identifying opportunities across mid-market commercial clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and carriers, building strong, consultative relationships.
- Analysing risks and exposures, create marketing specifications, and secure competitive quotes for both new and renewal business.
- Negotiate rates and terms with carriers to meet client needs and close deals efficiently.
Skills and requirements
- Additional industry designations such as CIP, CAIB, or CRM are an asset.
