Delivering engaging and effective lessons aligned with the curriculum and program objectives. Create dynamic lesson plans and teaching aids to meet diverse student needs. Offer personalized feedback to students, tracking their progress and development.

What needs to be in place

• Participate in curriculum development and updates to keep courses relevant.
• Education: Degree, diploma, or certification in a relevant field or a licensed RMT in good standing.
• Experience: 2,500 hours of clinical experience (2,000 hours for Teaching Assistants).
