What the role involves

  • Client Service & Support.
  • Assisting Consultants with all aspects of servicing group and individual clients.
  • Communicate with clients and insurance carriers regarding plan changes, amendments.
  • Communicate renewal timelines to Consultants.
  • Processing client communication documents such as renewals, proposals, claims experience reports, general correspondence.
  • Ensure accuracy of policy documentation received from insurers.
