What the role involves
- Client Service & Support.
- Assisting Consultants with all aspects of servicing group and individual clients.
- Communicate with clients and insurance carriers regarding plan changes, amendments.
- Communicate renewal timelines to Consultants.
- Processing client communication documents such as renewals, proposals, claims experience reports, general correspondence.
- Ensure accuracy of policy documentation received from insurers.
