What the role involves

• Supervise cleaning staff and other employees performing similar services as directed. Provide customer services by greeting and assisting customers and responding to customer inqui.
• On an ongoing basis lead and train staff to ensure that all staff members are well-informed on event specific details. Assist with managing breaks, managing positions in our cleani.
• Assisting management to ensure, compliance with all venue policies and procedures to include all safety regulations.
• Overseeing productivity and work assignments of the cleaning staff.

Skills and requirements

• Report incidents and counsel employees as required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience working as a supervisor or Superintendent.
• Previous experience in a customer service role, a strong asset.

Confirmed role details

• Communicate with management (or designated Manager) any challenges and status of all assignments prior to the conclusion of the shift.
