What the role involves

• Maintaining a trash and debris free environment.
• Removal of snow off walkways and common areas where applicable.
• May include carpet cleaning using industrial cleaners or chemical treatments.
• May be part of an on-call rotation.
• Other duties relating to upkeep of buildings as assigned.

Skills and requirements

• A self-motivated individual who can work independently and takes pride in their work.
• Previous experience working in environments that can be very dirty.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to lift 30lbs, work with industrial strength cleaners and climb stairs with equipment and supplies.

Additional role context

• Cleaner focuses on cleaning common areas, guest rooms, vacant and renovated suites.
• Competitive .75/hr.
