We are currently recruiting for a Branch Manager to join our claims team in Edmonton, Alberta , Canada managing our Edmonton Hub. Multiple locations are within our Edmonton hub and some travel is required.

How support shows up

Operate, improve, adjust, and profitably manage their team and mentor employees at a branch responsible for delivering superior adjusting services. Manage adjusting practices, work in progress, accounts receivable, and all accounts for the Edmonton Hub. Managing employee relations, coaching and mentoring of staff.

What needs to be in place

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10 years of functional.
• Alberta Level 3 required, multiple licenses preferred.
