- Follow safeguarding, medication, documentation, or care-plan requirements where they apply.
- As a Childrens Support Worker, youll play a vital role in delivering high standards of care and supporting the emotional well-being of young people.
- Youll be part of a supportive and dynamic team, empowering service users to make their own choices, exercise their rightsand live fulfilling lives.
Skills and requirements
- Ideally, a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care.
- Children & Young People (desirable but not essential).
- A minimum of 6 months UK experience in a similar care or support setting.
- Someone who is empathetic, calm, and non-judgemental.
