Child Youth Worker

The Support Worker position centres on providing one on one and group support to clients in foster homes, family homes, group homes, day programs, hospitals, and educational institutions. Follow safeguarding, medication, documentation, or care-plan requirements where they apply. Provide one on one and group support to clients in foster homes, family homes, group homes, day programs, hospitals, and educational institutions. Provide support to children, youth, and adults with various mental health diagnoses.
