Skills and requirements
- Chef de Partie required for Carrickfergus Golf Club & North Belfast.
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong CDP.
- Ability to work across both sites (must be able to travel between Carrickfergus and North Belfast).
- Experience with high-volume service and functions desirable.
Confirmed role details
- Operating 6 days per week (closed Mondays).
- 3 days off rota, averaging around 40 hours per week.
- Tuesday-Thursday: 8:00pm.
- Friday-Saturday: 8:30pm.

Additional role context
- Supporting the Executive Chef across both venues.
- Preparing and delivering high-quality food for daily service and functions.
- Catering for events of up to 150 guests at weekends.
