  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong CDP.
  • Ability to work across both sites (must be able to travel between Carrickfergus and North Belfast).
  • Experience with high-volume service and functions desirable.

Confirmed role details

  • Operating 6 days per week (closed Mondays).
  • 3 days off rota, averaging around 40 hours per week.
  • Tuesday-Thursday: 8:00pm.
  • Friday-Saturday: 8:30pm.
