What the role involves

• Processing customer funds accurately and appropriately, while explaining additional Cabela’s services and processes.
• Reporting to the Group Sales Manager – Front End-Receiving, Cashiers will greet and engage customers during the checkout process.
• Greet and engage customers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.
• Provide a legendary experience for every customer and promoting Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s programs.
• Processing customer payment using debit, credit card, gift cards, and cash.
• Resolving customer issues by using good judgment and logic in solving problems and making decisions within the job scope.

Skills and requirements

• One or more years’ experience in a sales or service environment is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to provide superior customer service and exceed customer’s expectations.
• Experience in a related field or outdoor lifestyle.
