Skills and requirements

• It is essential that candidates are patient, understanding and respectful towards the residents individual abilities and own a car.
• Assisting residents with repositioning - must be able to use required equipment - hoist, stand aid, slide sheet etc.
• Record all relevant documents accurately - must have good verbal and written skills.
• National insurance number.
