Business Development Manager
Business Development Manager focuses on develop and implement strategic business plans to meet sales revenue and profit targets.
What the role involves
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to meet sales revenue and profit targets.
- Build relations with current distribution as well as prospect for new distributor opportunities.
- Provide sales support including product demonstration and training for distribution as well as end users.
- Company contributions to a group retirement plan.
Skills and requirements
- Participate in trade shows, annual sales meetings and other marketing events.
- Proven successful experience selling to, and supporting end.
- Natural at relationship building and consultative sales.
- Mechanical aptitude and enjoy working hands-on with equipment.
