What the role involves

• Maintain HVAC systems, hydronic equipment, pumps, and plumbing systems.
• Perform daily building inspections, safety checks, and BMS monitoring.
• Conduct preventive and demand maintenance.
• Oversee external contractors for building services and repairs.
• Managing tenant service requests through the Angus.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Skills and requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in commercial building operations.
• 5th Class Power Engineering license or BES Certification.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, BAS, life safety, and plumbing systems.
• Proficient in using Angus TR/PM and Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
