• Honeycomb are pleased to partner with Ards and North Down Borough Council to recruit a Biodiversity Officer- this is a Part Time post and will be on a temporary basis.
• Temporary for 12 weeks with potential for Extension.
• Support the development of our natural environment while enhancing recreational opportunities for residents and visitors.
• Work collaboratively with communities, partner organisations, and stakeholders to deliver innovative, sustainable environmental projects.

Likely focus of the role

• Delivering, and champion our natural environment and recreational spaces across the Borough.
• Reporting on the Council's Environmental Strategies, including the Local Biodiversity Action Plan (LBAP).
• Advise on their designation.

Requirements mentioned

• Level 4 or above in a relevant discipline such as.
• The Post Holder Needs to be a driver as they will be working across various sites.
• Experience (Minimum 2 years, with evidence).
