- Honeycomb is delighted to partner with a well-known bank to recruit a Customer Support Advisor, based in Portadown.
- As a Customer Support Advisor, you will play an important part in day-to-day operations by delivering high-quality customer support for one of Northern Ireland's leading banks.
- Handling customer enquiries through phone, email and other channels in a timely, professional manner.
- Entering, updating and processing information accurately across internal systems.
- Keeping records current, complete and well organised.
- Providing general administrative support, including document preparation and basic system upkeep.
Skills and requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong IT ability and confidence in learning and using bespoke systems.
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative position.
