• Provide tailored financial advice and solutions to members across both personal and business banking.
• Supporting members with day-to-day business and personal banking needs, including opening accounts, expert digital services support, and managing deposits.
• Provide business lending advice up to $250,000, primarily for small businesses, ensuring fast and effective turnaround.
• Assisting in expanding Libro's small business banking presence by participating in community events and networking opportunities.
• Dedicated staff banking specialists to support strengthening your own financial well-being!

Skills and requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a sales or advisory role within the financial services industry.
• Experience working with personal banking products, business banking products, and small business lending and a proven ability to drive sales and business development through proact.
