Skills and requirements

  • 1-2 years experience with high school diploma/equivalent.
  • Little to no experience required with Advanced Diploma in Electro-Mechanical, Mechanical, or Automation.
  • Back: Regular lifting or carrying loads (20-50lbs).

Confirmed role details

  • Afternoon: 3 PM to 11 PM.
  • Full-time- Monday to Friday, frequent overtime on Saturdays.
  • Repair process automation problems, and equipment failures to ensure production downtime is kept to a minimum, including root cause analysis.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, slowdowns, and peak demands throughout the production process and directly intervene to maintain a smooth flow to achieve output.
