- Managing P&L with a long-term perspective, developing data-driven plans to sustainably improve revenue and margins while balancing short-term and long-term trade-offs.
- Cultivate strategic vendor relationships through transparent negotiations and collaborative growth initiatives.
- Continuously innovate to enhance the customer experience, driving broad adoption by simplifying processes and removing friction points.
- Managing project execution with a bias for action, creating detailed project plans and holding teams accountable for high-quality, timely deliverables.
- Driving cross-functional commitments from Marketing, Engineering, and Category Management teams, fostering open dialogue and aligning on shared goals.
- Cultivating vendor relationships to drive long-term business growth.
Skills and requirements
- 1+ years of account management, project or program management or buying experience.
- Experience using Excel and other business analytic tools.
- Experience with software and editing tools (including HTML, Excel and SQL).
- Experience using analytical specific tools such as Google Analytics, SQL or HTML.
