Skills and requirements
- The position is responsible for calendar management, preparing materials, meeting preparations, arranging meetings, take type and disseminate meeting minutes as required.
- Post-Secondary education required ( course (s) in office or business administration).
- Completion of an Administrative Professional diploma, certificate, or associate degree in business administration, office administration, human resources, or a related field.
- Experience in facilities, industrial/hospital/health care or other relevant and technical settings in Facility Operations or Maintenance is required.

- Time entry, payroll and Maintains daily absence information for comparison to all time entered each pay period.
Additional role context
- Internal/external contractors and consultants regarding equipment repairs, etc.
- Receiving the maintenance calls and directing the proper maintenance personnel to the area in question.
