We are currently recruiting an Admin Officer for our client based in Belfast, Stormont. Start once the vetting paperwork and ANI completed.
What you would be doing
Use of Account NI portal. Ordering, receiving and storing office supplies. Raising and monitoring purchase orders.
What you need
- 5 GCSE’s including Maths and English (Proof of certs required).
- 12 months admin/similar experience.
- Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Practical information
- 22.2 9-5 Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
- Working from home Wednesday (This can change at any time).
