Accounts Manager focuses on preparing and finalise year-end financial statements for small and medium-sized limited companies, llps, partnerships, and sole traders.

What the role involves

  • Preparing and finalise year-end financial statements for small and medium-sized Limited Companies, LLPs, Partnerships, and Sole Traders.
  • Preparing Corporation Tax computations and returns.
  • Identify opportunities to deliver additional services to existing clients, supporting overall business growth.
  • Assisting in implementing and improving internal processes, systems, and technology to enhance efficiency and workflow.
  • Ensure all client files and working papers are prepared and maintained in line with ICAEW guidelines and internal practice standards.
  • Maintaining up-to-date technical knowledge, including changes in legislation, accounting standards, and industry best practices.

Skills and requirements

  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with proven post-qualification experience in practice.
  • We would consider someone who is part-qualified if they have ample experience.
