What the role involves
- Through a combination of inbound and outbound contact strategies, maximize each sale that originate from walk-in clients, our website, business partners, marketing campaigns, email.
- Effectively qualify, conduct needs analysis, and follow-up with prospects to ensure they purchase products and services that meet their needs.
- Field and respond to incoming calls and other inquiries.
- Cold-calling contractors and related lead generation.
- Attain and exceed direct and cross-sell sales goals.
Skills and requirements
- Your job is to provide a world class customer experience and your ultimate goal is to create lasting customer relationships.
- Ability to prospect, qualify and close sales.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of B2B sales experience required.
- Experience dealing with contractors a definite asset.
