- Our client is seeking a versatile, commercially minded Key Account Manager to lead and grow direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales channels across Canada, with selective exposure to the U.
- Own and grow D2C revenue across Canada and select U.S. accounts.
- Managing relationships with online marketplaces and drop-ship partners.
- Monitoring pricing, margins, customer feedback, and competitive positioning.
- Use data and analytics to optimize assortment and channel performance.
- Develop and execute integrated sales strategies across D2C channels.
Skills and requirements
- 7+ years of experience in B2B and/or D2C sales within consumer goods, home, outdoor, or related categories.
- Proven experience managing large retail accounts.
- Demonstrated success driving D2C or marketplace sales.
- Ability to operate independently with full ownership of sales outcomes.
