Account Coordinator focuses on our client is seeking a fuel account coordinator to support the sales team in managing client accounts, administration, and retention of fuel and tank rental customers across multi.

What the role involves

  • Our client is seeking a Fuel Account Coordinator to support the sales team in managing client accounts, administration, and retention of fuel and tank rental customers across multi.
  • Supporting client retention efforts by identifying recurring concerns and working with operations to implement timely solutions.
  • Monitor client performance, engagement, and retention metrics to support reporting and decision-making.
  • Managing CRM (HubSpot) data accurately, including sales stages, follow-ups, opportunity tracking, and pipeline updates.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports on sales activity, pipeline health, and account status while flagging stalled opportunities for follow-up.
  • Supporting client education by providing guidance on fuel programs, tank solutions, pricing structures, and application processes.

Skills and requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in administration, customer service, or a related support role, preferably within energy, logistics, or industrial sectors.
  • Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot or similar) with strong data accuracy and pipeline management skills.

  • Coordinate with operations, logistics, and billing teams to ensure smooth service delivery, including scheduling, installations, and contract execution.
